WEBINAR: Increasing Your Influence and Organizational Impact


Course Curriculum
Harry Chambers will discuss the critical importance of increasing your professional impact with your organization. Strategies will be offered for increasing your capacity to make an impact on decisions, increase the likelihood that your ideas and recommendations will receive serious consideration and exercise influence over others when you don't have or don't want to use direct authority. Additionally, strategies will be discussed, including building and sustaining effective professional relationships with people at all levels within your organization.

Learning Objectives 
At the completion of this program, the participants will be able to:
1. Implement strategies for building effective professional relationships. 
2. Identify techniques for communicating requests and recommendations. 
3. Discuss greater awareness of the behaviors that decrease organizational influence and impact. 

Target Audience
Clinical and non-clinical personnel, leaders and staff, who are interested in expanding their influence and organizational impact.

Faculty

Harry Chambers brings 30+ years of practical organizational experience to his programs.  His experience ranges from an hourly employee to executive officer in the sales, operations, training and administrative areas. He is president of Atlanta-based training/consulting companies, Trinity Solutions, Inc. and H.E. Chambers and Associates.  Harry has presented programs for healthcare and hospital associations across the country and is an award-winning author.  He is a frequent guest on radio talk shows discussing “Negativity in the Workplace” and “Dealing with Bad Attitudes” along with a variety of management and leadership issues.  The speaker has no real or perceived conflicts of interest that relate to this presentation.
