WEBINAR: Workplace Harassment: What Will Your Leaders Do?

Course Curriculum
Workplace harassment comes in many forms ? sexual harassment, hostile work environment and retaliation just to name a few. Do you know what your managers would do if they faced harassment behavior in their department or if they suspected this behavior of a colleague? This webinar will help you to ensure your leaders recognize signs of workplace harassment, and know their responsibility and how to respond appropriately to an employee who raises a concern of this type.

Learning Objectives:
• Outline the role of the front-line leader in identifying and addressing harassment behavior;
• Recall what managers should say when a harassment allegation is made to them;
• Establish what’s next if you get a formal employee complaint; and
• Detail how to handle escalating a whistle blower allegation.
