MHA Solutions is pleased to announce it has reached an agreement with care.ai and their solution for contactless temperature screening for staff and visitors. Care.ai is a hospital specific solution, and has custom built all hardware and software here in the U.S. There is nothing more secure, HIPAA compliant and fully integrated (from a workflow perspective) on the market. With care.ai, there is no need to have a dedicated employee at each entry point. The care.ai solution has a full dashboard and mobile app than can be accessed anywhere at any time which provides real time access to any device across the organization. Additionally, alerts are also sent in real time through the dashboard, mobile app, or can be SMS texted to a designated user(s). When a high temperature is detected, the station lights up red and tells the visitor / staff to wait for assistance allowing enough time for those receiving the alert to get there. The system has been deployed in a number of different ways depending on each facility.
