This second session will focus more on the nuts and bolts of the community health needs assessment (CHNA) process - from engaging patients for feedback to finding community partners. We will cover primary and secondary data sources and qualitative and quantitative research options. We will also outline where to find available social determinants of health data to use in the planning process.

 

SPEAKER

Shawn Rossi, DHA, FACHE, serves as vice president of communication and member engagement at the Mississippi Hospital Association. She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in English from the University of Southern Mississippi and a doctor of health administration degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
