Interested in becoming an Endorsed Services Provider?

Thank you for your interest in working with MHA Solutions and supporting the members of the Mississippi Hospital Association. 

MHA Solutions is considered a Group Purchasing Organization under the Mississippi State purchasing requirements for public entities.  Our program has been developed to address specific contractual requirements for our many public/community hospitals as well as our privately owned entities.  All contract terms and conditions are pre-negotiated and pre-reviewed by legal counsel to shorten the sales process for both the vendor and member.

MHA Solutions marketing and promotional activities may include:

  • Initial introductory mailing to appropriate decision makers
  • Announcement in MHA NewsNow and other appropriate MHA electronic newsletters/blogs
  • Presence and link on Solutions website
  • Endorsement letter signed by Solutions’ President/CEO to include with promotional materials and proposals to MHA members
  • Features in affiliated group newsletters as appropriate
  • Opportunities to sponsor meetings and events that would promote networking opportunities with health care professionals
  • Personal letters and telephone calls to assist in arranging meetings (reasonable)
  • Reasonable administrative support such as inquiries, mailings, and correspondence related to marketing activities with Solutions

What is the initial review process?

The information we are requesting will help us assess the product/service offered as well as the organization and tie back to the MHA mission and strategic plan.  This information may be used in a final approval presentation to the MHA Solutions Board of Directors.

All information provided by a prospective vendor is kept strictly confidential and will be used only in the review process or as a referral to a member hospital as appropriate.
